What Is Goal Progress?

Goal progress compares change already achieved with the total change between the starting and target weights.

Formula / Method Used

Progress % = (starting weight − current weight) ÷ (starting weight − target weight) × 100 for a loss goal; direction is handled automatically.

How to Use the Goal Progress Calculator
